The Ri8-D includes 8 remote controllable mic preamps employed on a Dante network audio protocol for exceptional flexibility and freedom in setup and placement, while delivering natural, musical sound that brings out the full sonic potential of mixing consoles and other system components. The I/O racks for Yamaha's CL-Series of digital live sound reinforcement consoles use the Dante protocol for high-channel networking of digital audio. While compatible with all Dante systems, these racks are specially designed to integrate with the CL1/CL3/CL5 consoles to provide automatic compensation for analog gain changes.
