Overview

Boasting all the features of the original like a highly responsive gain knob and two-band EQ with an additional gain circuit/switch and slick copper or chrome enclosure, the Xotic RC Booster Scott Henderson Edition takes an overdrive staple and gives it the royal treatment. Designed in tandem with the legendary jazz guitarist, this updated model's even greater spread of gain options take you from a subtle, slightly colored boost to an organic tube-like overdrive with the flick of a switch. Whether you're looking for your next overdrive staple or a collector after a crown jewel in the Xotic lineup, the Scott Henderson edition RC Booster will deliver in spades.

This is a must have on all pedal boards. Great transparent booster. Add your favorite overdrive and you will never regret

Helps fatten my single coils. Sounds like my strings are two gages thicker. Also nice way to improve your tube sound without having to crank the amp.

Clear booster to overdriven. This is really most clear booster pedal I ever use!

  • Great for blues

I especially love the sound of this pedal in front of a low to mid wattage clean amp. The first stage pushes very smoothly, and the second stage adds a nice growl. I tend to use this pedal with the gain set moderately high, level above unity, and the second drive stage dimed out. Can't go wrong with Xotic.
