  • Great little guitar

Sounds like I guess like a Taylor should, in tune, intonated, feels great. Lovely little camp guitar.

  • Love the Mini

An amazing quitar. I now own two of them, one for upstairs and one for down. Can’t keep my hands off of the Mini. My 800 & 300 series Taylor’s are getting lonesome.

More Information

Small guitars are not a new idea. Evolving from the lute and banjo, early parlor guitars strung with cat-gut were small in size, projecting just enough sound to fill up a small living room (hence the name). When C.F. Martin pioneered a larger guitar design, its size was so novel that they named it after the largest warship at the time: the dreadnought. Nearly a hundred years later, Taylor debuted the Grand Symphony body shape, a mid-sized guitar that blends traditional OM and dreadnought features. The Taylor GS Mini brings things full circle, shrinking a contemporary body shape down to parlor guitar scale. The result is extraordinary.
