The guitar sounds good, I compared to the sound of my Cordoba Studio Negra and is a bit below, however the strings (from manufacturer) are a different brand and tension than my Cordoba. Once my son breaks-in the guitar I will change to Savarez high tension strings, and I am sure sound will be at the same level. I will return to this review to tell how it went.
