From the Price Guide

Overview

The Rickenbacker 360 is considered one of the if not the most iconic Rickenbacker guitar. Both the 12-string (360-12) and 6-string version of this guitar helped define pop music in the '60s most notably as used by the Beatles. In 2000, Rickenbacker issued a limited edition 360 modeled after the one played Carl Wilson of the Beach Boys. Wilson passed away in 1998, and a portion of the proceeds from the 500 Carl Wilson signatures produced went to the Carl Wilson Foundation.
