Overview

One of Rickenbacker's most popular models, the semi-hollowbody 330 stormed onto the scene in the '50s and brought with it a jangly tone that would help define pop music for a decade. The Rickenbacker 335 was the same as the 330, only with a vibrato tailpiece. Like most Rickenbackers, the 330 and 335's popularity was propelled by the Beatles (though George's most iconic Rickenbacker was actually a 360-12). The 335 was relaunched in 1985 as the 330VB

Finish Specification: Mapleglo was a standard finish for Rickenbackers in the '60s.
