Telefunken AC701 tube with original tube box included!Unoriginal box.Modern ( circa 2004 ) Neumann K47/49 capsule100% working , absolutely gorgeous sounding microphone! with the modern capsule it will still absolutely blow your mind!I compared this microphone to one with a vintage re-skinned K49 and I actually couldn’t say that one was better then the other, they both sounded absolutely gorgeous, and in the past I of course also did a comparison with an original vintage capsule against a reskinned vintage capsule… all I have to say is that you really have to be nit-picky and hyper experienced to chose the original one, and I truly doubt If the average user would be able to hear the difference in a TRUE blind test ( a true blind test is of course done without knowing which is which, but also without going “A,B,A,B,A,B“ etc. it would have to be a random order !! ) I absolutely used to be a “vintage capsule only” guy, but I have to admit it’s a bit of an exaggerated debate! Especially when they are pro re-skins or modern Neumann K47/49 capsules. But still, the price is a bit lower because of the modern capsule! so don’t hesitate!
