Overview
The MXL 606 is a small diaphragm condenser microphone with transformerless FET electronics and modular cardioid and omnidirectional capsules. The 606 is designed for close-micing of very loud sound sources, particularly snare drum, and so the -10dB pad from the 604 has been bumped to a -20dB pad here, and the HPF is on a separate switch.
