From the Price Guide

Style 21 Martins stayed much the same from the late '40s onward. The 00-21 was long-running Orchestra entry in the series that was built for almost a century. Like most Martin's with Rosewood, those from prior to 1969 are more sought-after as they feature Brazilian Rosewood instead of Indian.

The '70s models are notable as they are the first to feature Indian Rosewood, making them less desirable than specimens from previous decades. Market values for 00-21 specimens from 1970 through today are essentially the same.
