  • Exceptional quality

This is my first Ibanez, and it’s one of the smoothest playing guitars I’ve ever owned. Very thin neck, but very comfy, the dimarzios sound great and offer a wide range of tones, the bridge is high quality and comparable to the original Floyd, it can be a pain to tune like any floating system, but …

What you're really paying for here is the amazing craftsmanship of the neck. The neck is incredibly thin, stable, and well shape…

Fantastic instrument! I'm an instructor during the week and perform with local music theatre productions and private events on weekends. The Ibanez suits all styles very well!

  • Historical Correction

Played one of these in San Jose. Typical great Japanese Ibanez construction and DiMarzio pickups. RG stands for "Roadstar Guitar," the original guitar in the RG series.

  • My new #1

This thing plays like a dream. The pickups sound great and are very versatile. I've been playing for over 40 years and always go back to the Ibanez necks for playability. The Edge tremolo is in a class by itself. I also have a fixed bridge Ibanez Prestige. My other guitars will never get played now.
