Overview
The Broadkaster Solidbody (not to be confused with the hollowbody model of the same era) featured two Gretsch Super'Tron humbuckers, a top-loading stop tailpiece, and a body which can only be described as "lumpy". It was discontinued in 1979, and has not seen the same reissue releases as other iconic Gretsch solidbodies from earlier in the company's history.
