The Trini Lopez models were introduced in 1964, with rounded cutaways on the Standard and the iconic sharp "horn" cutaways on the Deluxe model. Both featured diamond-shaped f-holes and a Firebird-style headstock, lending a unique look to the already popular ES-335 template.

The Trini Lopez was originally produced in Cherry, Sparkling Burgundy and the less common Pelham Blue. It has since been reissued both in Custom Shop and standard Memphis form, and Dave Grohl's signature model borrows heavily from the Trini design (albeit with different humbuckers).

Years of Production: 1964 - 1970
