Gibson L-2 1929 - 1934
Overview
The Gibson L-2 Flat Top transitioned from a 12-fret neck joint to a 14-fret neck joint around 1934, making this particular example a transitional specimen. The figured Brazilian Rosewood back and sides are also rare, making this part of a small batch combining these two features. Some L-2 specimens featured Mahogany back and sides.
