Overview

Like the Gibson ES-335, the Gibson EB-2 Bass was a semi-hollowbody instrument with a a wood centerblock and two hollow cavities. The EB-2D was introduced in 1966 as the dual pickup version of the EB-2. Like the solidbody EB-0, the EB-2 used a shorter 30 1/2-inch scale length.
