Overview
The Fender Stratocaster has been around since 1954, and there are many well-used specimens that are valued as much for their patina and character as they are for their vintage.
The Road Worn Series is the made-in-Mexico (MIM) counterpart to the Custom Shop's more in-depth (and expensive) efforts to create a distressed, played-but-not-abused look with the reliability of a brand new factory guitar.
The Road Worn '50s Stratocaster takes cues from the specs of 1950s Strats, such as a V-shaped neck, Ping tuners with smaller vintage headstock, and aged hardware. It uses three Tex-Mex single coil pickups in an Alder body.
Years of Production: 2009 - present
