The Fender Player II Jaguar in Rallye Orange brings classic offset attitude into a modern, stage-ready instrument, and it’s available right now at Haggerty’s Music. Since its original debut in the 1960s, the Jaguar has been loved by surf players, indie artists, alternative musicians, and experimental guitarists for its short-scale feel, distinctive look, and bright, articulate voice. This Player II version keeps that unmistakable character intact while streamlining the controls for today’s players.
Built with a contoured alder body, a comfortable Modern “C” maple neck, and a smooth slab rosewood fingerboard, this Jaguar is designed for fast, comfortable playing from the first fret to the 22nd. The 24” scale length gives it a slinkier feel that makes bends, chords, and expressive vibrato feel effortless, while the floating tremolo and upgraded Mustang-style saddles provide classic offset movement with improved stability.
A pair of Player Series Jaguar single-coils delivers the crisp attack, glassy highs, and focused midrange that made the model famous. The Alnico II neck pickup offers smooth, rounded chime, while the Alnico V bridge pickup adds bite and clarity for cutting leads and rhythmic snap.
