This is a (Never played) NOS (New Old Stock) Fender Aerodyne Special Strat MIJ Bright White. It comes with a Generic case (pls see pics) that is branded as a fender hard case. The only mod on the guitar is the chrome metal Pick up surrounds. They are just stuck on and can be taken off easily.
