Fender Hot Rod Deluxe III 3-Channel 40-Watt 1x12" Guitar Combo 2010 - 2017

Overview

An update on Fender's Blues Deluxe amp, the Hot Rod Deluxe has been melting faces with its 40W 1x12 design since 1996. This is a great stage amp for player's who love the glass and spank of Fender's Blues Junior amp but need more power. Don't be fooled by its size. The Fender Hot Rod Deluxe is incredibly loud, more comfortable in modern rock territory than its bluesier cousins. Spouses and neighbors beware.

This amp has some of the features that Fender's incorporated into the new Series IV Hot Rod, plus some things that I would have changed about the Hot Rod Deluxe III, had I bought one of those. It has a pine cabinet instead of ply and the first preamp tube is swapped out for a mellower AT 7. Becaus…
