Overview

The Fender American Professional Series Telecaster Deluxe jettisons the original hot-rodded sound of modified Teles from the early '70s into a modern package with plenty of mojo. Built around a pair of Shawbucker humbucking pickups redesigned by Tim Shaw himself for this series, the Pro Tele Deluxe also brings a new treble bleed circuit into the mix for ensuring high-end presence no matter where you have the volume knob. Matching all that muscle is a new "Deep C" neck shape and narrow tall frets for some of the quickest playing yet.
