Here we have a 2025 Music Man Tim Commerford Artist Series StingRay Active Bass! This one sports a Caliper Red finish and is in excellent condition.
Specs include ash body, roasted maple neck, ebony fingerboard, dot inlays, Music Man tuners, Music Man bridge, parchment guard, and satin black hardware. It has a 34” scale length, 11” radius, 22 frets, and 1 11/16” nut width. It’s loaded with a Music Man humbucker pickup and has a 3-band active preamp with volume, treble, bass, and mid controls.
This one has been lightly played but remains in excellent shape. There are some light signs of use and handling, but no real damage.
It weighs 9lbs 4oz. The neck measures .820 to .920 at the 1st and 12th frets. It has a rounded C neck profile with an oil & wax finish that feels fantastic. The bass plays and sounds great, definitely worthy of some RATM riffs. We appreciate the blacked out hardware and the ramp, plus the color is visually stunning.
Ships in the original Music Man branded Mono case and includes the paperwork, sack, tools, and sticker.
