The Ernie Ball Music Man BFR Majesty 7 Blue Ink number 25 of 50 is one of the most ambitious instruments in the Majesty lineup. The Blue Ink finish highlights a Maple Burl top over Black Limba wings, with a Mahogany and Flame Maple through neck tying the whole instrument together. The neck plays fast and smooth thanks to a 17 inch radius Ebony fingerboard, stainless steel frets, and the ergonomic Majesty carve. The Atlante Majesty inlays add a clean modern touch. The 25 and a half inch scale length, stainless steel medium jumbo frets, and Schaller M6 locking tuners complete a setup that is engineered for stability. At 7 pounds 10 ounces, the guitar stays light and balanced.
Electronics are a major part of the Majesty identity, and this model is loaded. The DiMarzio Rainmaker neck pickup and Dreamcatcher bridge pickup give you the voice John Petrucci designed for wide dynamic range and articulate gain. The Fishman Powerbridge piezo system adds full acoustic style tones, selectable through the dedicated piezo and magnetic toggle. A push push volume boosts gain, and the push push tone control unlocks custom pickup configurations. The custom Music Man floating tremolo with hardened steel components and piezo saddles rounds out the hardware.
