About this listing
This is cleanest vintage guitars I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing. It’s a vintage Epiphone ET-275, made in Japan by Matsumoku in the early 1970s. I purchased this guitar last year and I think it had been just sitting around in its original case for 25+ years. While it was complete and in good cosmetic condition, it needed a proper setup to bring it back to life. It has since been professionally serviced with a new nut and a full setup. The neck and action are now perfect and it plays exceptionally well!Everything functions exactly as it should. The original humbuckers have a clear, articulate vintage voice that sits somewhere between a traditional PAF and the brighter Japanese pickups of the era. The offset body, four-knob control layout, and original vibrato give it a perfect vintage look and feel. The only thing missing is it’s original vibrato arm.FeaturesEarly-1970s Epiphone ET-275Made in Japan (Matsumoku)Original dual humbuckersOriginal vibrato bridgeOriginal electronicsOriginal Epiphone hard shell caseProfessionally installed new nutFresh professional setupReady to playThis isn’t a project guitar—it’s one that’s already had the work done and is ready to be played or added to a collection.Feel free to message me with any questions or if you’d like additional photos.
