Capture the rugged, outlaw spirit of one of country music’s most fearless voices with the Epiphone Eric Church Hummingbird Dark. Reimagined through the lens of "The Chief" himself, this distinctive signature acoustic-electric guitar blends classic square-shouldered dreadnought heritage with an aggressive, modern aesthetic.
Drenched in a moody, high-gloss Cobra Burst finish and accented by striking black binding and gray pearloid split-parallelogram fingerboard inlays, this guitar is built to command attention under stage lights. Designed with comfort and performance in mind, it features a slightly shallower 4-inch "Performer" body depth that reduces weight and enhances stage mobility without sacrificing its full-bodied tonal balance. Whether you are hitting the stadium tour circuit or writing in the studio, the Eric Church Hummingbird Dark delivers full-bodied projection, rich warmth, and a highly dynamic voice.
Premium Tonewoods & Stage-Ready ElectronicsAt the core of its rich sound is a true-to-history premium tonewood pairing: a solid European spruce top paired with layered mahogany back and sides. This combination yields an exceptionally expressive acoustic voice that translates seamlessly when plugged in, thanks to the onboard Fishman Presys VT preamp system and Sonicore under-saddle pickup. Tucked discreetly inside the soundhole, the volume and tone controls allow for quick, easy adjustments without cluttering the guitar's sleek profile.
