Overview
The Epiphone Elitist Series had two distinct lines: one for the domestic Japanese market, and the other for export to other regions. Generally speaking, export versions can be identified by their distinctive "tombstone" headstock, while the Japanese domestic versions were made with a Gibson-style "open-book" headstock design.
