Sample: an audio clip of anythingNo wear that I can see. I only say this because It has stickers on it. I have probably uploaded an extra 300 samples into this thin, and I’m leaving them there for you! Ive got some misc sound, about 100 808 samples, MPC samples, and some basic drum hit samples with some drum samples that have a lil pizzazz with em. I’m only selling this because I’m lazy. I want to just use my simple, analog, drum brute impact. But you, you might have what I don’t. patience…don’t know what this thing is? read…You want a drum machin? okay. you want a drum machine that uses samples that you handpick? okay. you want a drum machine that has the capability to edit sounds within the machine and make drum sounds out ofw found sounds Aphex twin style? okay. you want a drum machine that can do a little more than just drums? okay. You want a drum machine that has a sequencer that’s basically the “I just injected anabolic steroids and forgot that I injected anabolic steroids so I injected anabolic steroids” of sequencers? Well believe it or not this budget groove box can do all those things. Some special features….SOUBD EDITING CAPABILITY: oh my god…on any sample you put in you can change the pitch by assigning a specific MIDI note or just using the pitch knob. you can also trim from the beginning of the sample or the end of the sample. there is also a decay function, basically artificially extending the end of the sample. honestly that’s the one thing I don’t understand. you can also distort any sample as well as add reverb and delay. There is also a high pass and low pass range filter with a resonance control. utilitize these tools right you can turn a fart sound into a kick drum i’m not even kidding. (I don’t have a fart sound in there)LFO: that means Low- Frequency Oscillator. look it up. but the LFO on here can modulate just about any parameter. SEQUENCER: steroids on steroids. 64 steps with capabilities for poly rhythms for each individual track. you can also set trigger conditions like having a cymbal hit once in every 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 loops or twice, thrice etc. in however many loops. you can also set it as a percent chance that it will trigger in that loop. you can also set it so that the loop will have an intro (1st). and to top it off you can even have it set so that when you hold the page button it will play a fill. Another thing is that you can change what sample is played for a certain track on a per step basis. MEMORY: This thing has like a gigabyte of storage and holds 11 minutes of samples tops. which is a lot compared to other budget sample machines. also you can’t technically call it a sampler bc you can’t record directly into it. you have to upload files using elektron bridge software. You can also store 99 projects with 16 patterns in each project. I’m tired of typing just find a youtube video.
