About this listing
The Electro-Voice ND86 Dynamic Supercardioid Vocal Microphone is a dynamic supercardioid vocal microphone with a frequency range of 70Hz-17kHz and maximum SPL of 140dB. Designed for excellent acoustic control in even the largest of venues, the ND86 capsule is precisely tuned to deliver present, smooth, and detailed sound, as well as superior isolation from sound on the stage.A large-diaphragm dynamic capsule creates a rich and detailed frequency response, whilst excellent acoustic control allows for reduction of low-frequency room tone through high-pass filtering and boosts and cuts in key high-mid frequencies separate the voice from the stage wash. Humbucking coil guards against line hum to use with confidence near speaker cabinets and EMF-generating equipment racks. A Memraflex grille resists denting. The main features of the Electro-Voice ND86 Dynamic Supercardioid Vocal Microphone include:Element: DynamicMic Type: HandheldPolar Pattern: SupercardioidPower Requirement: PassiveAudio Frequency Response: 70 – 17,000 HzCase Material: Die Cast ZincConnector Type: 3-Pin XLRImpedance, Low-Z Balanced: 350 ΩMaximum SPL: > 140 dBOpen Circuit Voltage: 2.4 mV/PascalWired/Wireless: WiredHeight: 182.5 mmDiameter (Max): 50.5 mmWeight: 326 gFinish: Black Polyurethane Paint
