Overview
Sporting dual oscillators, the all-analog ARP Odyssey MK1 2800 uses subtractive synthesis and is one of first synths with duophonic capabilities. Produced for three short years from 1972 to 1975, the initially white-faced Odyssey featured a 2-pole voltage-controlled filter with a pitch bending knob and 37 keys. Though it first appeared in a striking white finish, it switched to a black and gold finish in 1974.
