Sadowsky is expanding on the success of its Japan-made MetroLine basses with the new MetroExpress models, which will be the high-end bass manufacturer's most affordable line, with street prices of $1875 and $1975 USD for 4- and 5-string models.
The new MetroExpress basses will be available in either a solid alder body with a morado fingerboard or a solid ash body with a maple fingerboard. Each bass will come equipped with the Sadowsky treble and bass boost pre-amp with a true bypass switch and is guaranteed to weigh less than 8.9 pounds.
The classic finishes include black, olympic white, candy apple red, sage green metallic, ice blue metallic, and ‘59 burst.
