For NAMM 2017, Recording King is bringing a new parlor guitar to the market. Retailing for about $159, it's slightly less expensive than some of the other parlor-style guitars currently on the market.
The guitar's tone is what you'd expect from a guitar of this size at this price point. It's pleasantly thrashy, making it really fun for strum-heavy tunes. The size, tone, and price point make it a great guitar to always have on you – whether in your backseat on a road trip, laying around your apartment, or even for experimentation in the studio, as Jim in the video above suggests.
