Video: Hear the Beetronics Vezzpa Octave Fuzz

In Partnership with Beetronics.

Beetronics' latest is the Vezzpa, an octave fuzz with a sharp sting but a tone still warm as honey.

Joining the previously released Fatbee overdrive in Beetronics' Babee series, the Vezzpa too has a small footprint. But don't let its size fool you.

Beetronics Vezzpa

Available in a blue, red, and yellow colorway or, exclusively to Reverb, in purple, the Vezzpa looks as sharp as it sounds.

As you can hear in the demo with Andy Martin above, the Vezzpa's Fuzzzz channel handles spitty, sputtery fuzz while the Stinger channel handles buzzing octave-up tones.

The analog op-amp circuitry is controlled by some clever toggling on one single footswitch. When the pedal is engaged, holding the footswitch down causes you to jump from channel to channel, and while the pedal's disengaged, you can hold the footswitch down and trigger sporadic fuzz blasts.

The Vezzpa is available on Reverb now.
