This was Trap Them’s first Hellfest. Born in the early 2000s in the United States city of Salem, the band (whose name comes from a famed ‘70s horror film) is led by Ryan McKenney on vocals and Brian Izzi on guitar.
Although it was Trap Them’s first Hellfest, this was Brian Izzi’s second, having already played the fest with another band in 2016. We got to meet him and ask him a few questions about the gear he uses to forge his metal tones with help from Ampeg and HM-2.<
