Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Nominees Announced: Who Would You Vote For?

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame announced its crop of nominees for the 2018 induction ceremony today. The group of artists under consideration represents a broadening of scope for the institution, including more contemporary acts like Radiohead along with a wider cross-section of genres than we've seen in previous years.

Artists become eligible for induction 25 years after the release of their debut record, which means that some of the acts up for inclusion this year — like Rage Against the Machine — are being considered for the first time.

Final selection for induction will be based on the votes of 900 historians, artists, and industry members, as well as a collective fan ballot that's hosted on the hall's website. The final selection will be announced in December, followed by the induction ceremony in April of next year.

Who do you think should make the cut this year? Let us know in the poll below.
