About this listing
The BOSS NS-2 Noise Suppressor is a pedalboard staple for reducing unwanted hiss, hum and background noise while preserving the natural response of your guitar or bass.
It is especially useful with high-gain amplifiers, distortion pedals and larger effects chains, with adjustable suppression, a dedicated Send/Return loop and useful Mute mode.
Presented in Very Good Condition with only light cosmetic signs of previous use. No power supply is included.
Effective Noise Suppression
The NS-2 uses dedicated detection circuitry to reduce unwanted noise while allowing natural note decay and dynamics to remain intact.
The Threshold and Decay controls make it easy to tailor the response to different guitars, gain levels and pedalboard setups.
Send / Return Loop
A built-in Send/Return loop allows noisy pedals such as distortion, overdrive and compression to sit directly within the suppression circuit.
This can provide cleaner and more controlled results than using a simple gate at the end of the signal chain.

Fair Deal Music Verdict
The BOSS NS-2 Noise Suppressor remains one of the most practical choices for controlling noise in high-gain guitar and bass rigs.
Its Threshold and Decay controls, Send/Return loop and Mute mode make it more flexible than a basic noise gate, while the rugged BOSS format makes it well suited to regular live use.
Presented in Very Good Condition, this is a dependable pedalboard essential for players looking to keep their signal clean and controlled.
