Vintage Electro Voice Model 676 Dynamic Cardioid Microphone w/ Adapter Cable

Vintage circa 1960s Electro-Voice EV 676 Dynamic Cardioid Microphone (a.k.a. the Jim Morrison Mic) with three position variable bass response switch and included adapter cable. The microphone is fully functional but is missing its protective metal wind screen and pop filter material. The microphone also displays considerable use wear in the form of scuffs, scratches, nicks, and dried up tape residue on the barrel. The included adapter cable allows the microphone to be used as a balanced Low Z mic. Unfortunately the xlr connector on the adapter cable is female and will require yet another adapter (not included) to connect to a mixing board or PA. The variable bass response switch offers a roll off of 0, -5, or -10 dB at 100 cps.
