Standing Precision: Gretsch Concert Series G4 Extended Height Snare Stand Extended Architecture for Standing Performance

The Gretsch Concert Series G4 Extended Height Snare Stand (GRG4OSS) is a professional-grade hardware solution engineered specifically for percussionists who perform while standing. Whether utilized in an orchestral setting, a concert band, or an auxiliary percussion rig, this stand provides the crucial extra elevation required for natural, ergonomic playing posture. Built with an ultra-rugged, double-braced tripod design, it easily supports the physical weight of heavy concert snare drums while entirely eliminating structural wobble or flexing.

Infinite Tilting and Secure Multi-Size Accommodations

Finding the perfect playing angle is effortless thanks to a premium gearless tilter positioner, which unlocks full, smooth articulation without restricting you to preset teeth notches. The snare basket is designed to perfectly accommodate 12" to 14" drums and features a large, oversized basket adjustment knob. This rubberized knob provides excellent grip, allowing you to tightly spin and secure your drum into the basket arms within seconds during fast changeovers.

Road-Ready Foundation and Classic Aesthetics

Every joint on the GRG4OSS is built to withstand years of heavy adjustments, highlighted by a smooth, hinged tube joint that ensures secure height transitions without marring or scratching the chrome plating. The stand is anchored by thick, non-slip rubber feet that grip firmly onto any stage or rehearsal floor to isolate vibrations and prevent the stand from sliding mid-performance. For a classic, unified look, the stand is beautifully appointed with Gretsch-style T-rod shaped wing screws that offer superb leverage and a timeless vintage aesthetic.
