• This is a limited-time offer.
• The offer is void where prohibited.
• Reverb may modify, suspend, or cancel the offer at any time for any or no reason.
• The offer is only good while supplies last.
• The offer is limited to one per person and/or shop.
• The offer may not be combined with any other offers.
• The offer is non-transferrable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
• Any promotional credits, promotional codes, coupons, or any other awards you receive through the offer are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• This offer is subject to Reverb’s Terms and Policies, which are incorporated by reference in these terms and conditions.
• If you are awarded a promotional credit, promotional code, or coupon through the offer, redemption of the promotional credit will be subject to the Reverb's Payouts, Reverb Credits, and Gift Cards policy, which explains promotional credit and coupon availability, currencies, usage limitations, and additional restrictions.
• You must have an existing Reverb account or register a new one to redeem a payout, credit, gift card, code, or coupon and apply it to a purchase.
• If you violate these terms, or any other Reverb Terms and Policies, the offer and any credit, code, coupon, listing credits, or other award you receive may be invalidated.
• Reverb is not responsible for errors in any offer related materials, or any errors or delays in the processing of any awards you may be entitled to.
• Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the offer is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made.
• Reverb reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any person violating these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• If the offer has a minimum purchase requirement:
• The purchase must be made with a single transaction with any one Reverb shop, except in the case of a code or coupon offer, which can be used to discount a single transaction that may include purchases from multiple shops that accept Reverb Payments.
• Purchases made with in-person payments, checks, money orders, or in non-eligible currencies are not eligible for the offer.
• Applicable taxes, shipping, coupons or discounts, or any other costs charged by the seller in connection with the transaction will not apply towards the minimum spending requirement.
• The purchase amount will be calculated after applying any Shop (i.e. non-Reverb) coupons or discount codes.
• If you return, or seek a refund on, a transaction that satisfied the purchase requirement, (i) your promotional credit may be invalidated or it may be reduced from any refund consistent with the seller’s policies and Reverb policies; and (ii) any refund you may be entitled to will not include the Reverb code or its redemption value.
• If the offer has a new buyer requirement, it may only be applied to eligible purchases from shops accepting Reverb Payments.
