Fender Certified Pre-Owned

Below are details of the 1-Year Limited Warranty offered on purchases from the Fender Certified Pre-Owned store

Fender Certified Pre-Owned

1-Year Limited Warranty

FENDER CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

EFFECTIVE DATE: August 20, 2024

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (“Fender”) warrants this Fender or Squier guitar or bass to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase from the Fender Certified Pre-Owned store on REVERB.com (located at www.reverb.com/store/fendercpo, the “Fender CPO Store”), subject to the limitations set forth herein (“Limited Warranty”). This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser of a Fender or Squier guitar or bass from the Fender CPO Store. Any subsequent sale of a Fender or Squier guitar or bass purchased from the Fender CPO Store by the original retail purchaser voids this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty applies only to Fender or Squier guitars or basses purchased from the Fender CPO Store on or after August 20, 2024 (each, for purposes of this Limited Warranty, an “Instrument”). IMPORTANT: PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT FROM REVERB.COM, AS IT IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE VALIDATING THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Fender has retained MIRC, LLC (“MIRC”) as its exclusive authorized service center for warranty service related to this Limited Warranty (the “MIRC Service Center”). If you wish to make a claim under this Limited Warranty, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding your Instrument, you should first contact Fender CPO Customer Service as follows:

Fender CPO Customer Service
Toll Free: (833) 856-7464
Local: (480) 856-7803
[email protected]

A Fender CPO Customer Service representative will request your proof of purchase, gather some information about the issues you are experiencing with your Instrument, and, if possible, attempt to troubleshoot those issues with you over the phone or by email. If, based on these initial discussions, it becomes apparent to your Fender CPO Customer Service representative that an in-person evaluation of your Instrument for potential repair or replacement is necessary, you will be issued a return merchandise authorization number (“RMA Number”) with a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your complete Instrument, together with any included cases or other accessories, to the MIRC Service Center, with your sales receipt as proof of purchase, during the applicable Limited Warranty period. To the extent feasible, defective Instruments or components thereof that qualify for coverage under this Limited Warranty may be repaired at Fender’s sole discretion without charge. If a qualifying Instrument or component is not repaired, Fender may, at its sole discretion, either replace the Instrument or component with a comparable Instrument or component (which may be new or pre-owned in Fender’s sole discretion) or refund the purchase price. Remedies beyond normal service repair of any Instrument requires both an evaluation and confirmation of the defect and a direct recommendation to Fender from the MIRC Service Center.

All transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with warranty service and repairs on Instruments shall be paid for by Fender. Initial standard setup and adjustment of the Instrument and its components at the time of purchase are considered normal REVERB.com product preparation and are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
