This Epiphone Cortez Acoustic Guitar is owned by Tom Renaud of Lord Huron
Used in the studio on every album since Vide Noir, notably on “Lost in Time and Space”, “The Balancer’s Eye” and “Emerald Star”. A 1960s model with a natural finish.
Plenty of cosmetic wear—scratches, scuffs, dings, checking, etc. There are some cracks throughout the body, as well as some areas of lacquer loss. Structurally, the guitar is in great condition and it plays and sounds great. Frets would benefit from a polishing and at some point it may be best to reinforce the cracks. But for now, this guitar looks and sounds really nice! Electronics do not seem to pass signal, though it's likely there's just a dead battery or loose connection. Comes with chipboard case.
All items in The Official Lord Huron Reverb Shop ship fully insured with delivery confirmation and come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
