Full Description Basswood Body

The Vintage Modified Jaguar Guitar features a basswood body that's lightweight and produces a fat, well balanced tone with a muscular midrange, and a soft and breathy feel to its sound, creating dynamic tones. Players can also benefit from the familiar Jaguar body shape, that allows easier access to the higher frets. For aesthetic appeal, players can benefit from the Gloss Polyester finish, which protects the guitar from wear and tear, and gives the guitar a smooth texture... AS SHOWN HAS 2 SMALL HAIRLINES IN POLYESTER ABOVE PICK GUARD..

Maple Neck and Rosewood Fingerboard

The guitar's solid maple neck provides the Jaguar with bright characteristics, tightening up the guitar's sound and giving it plenty of cut. The maple delivers a powerfully sharp punch when the strings are hit hard whilst still retaining its clarity, allowing each note to sing. The rosewood fingerboard’s naturally oily surface allows any stray overtones to be absorbed into the pours, creating a natural fundamental tone. The rosewood also provides the guitar with warm, soft tones whilst helping to ‘fur up’ the maple's natural sound. The maple and rosewood work together to give the guitar sparkling, sizzling highs, thick, firm lows, and an open midrange with a snappy attack.

The Vintage Modified Jaguar is equipped with a pair of Duncan Designed JG-101 single coil pickups in the neck and bridge position. Players can achieve a full host of versatile sounds that can be used in a variety of applications.
