According to Genelec these HT-208 speakers are identical to the 1031A.
Since they were marketed for home theater use they have added RCA inputs (in addition to xlr) and a remote power-on feature.
Genelec kept making these for 10 years after they stopped making 1031’s, so they‘re generally newer.
They will be packed separately with expanding foam to ensure safe shipping.
