2008 Fender Classic Player Jazzmaster Special is a sleek and stylish electric guitar that is perfect for any musician looking to add a touch of classic Fender style to their collection. This guitar comes with a brand new FEJ-610 padded gig bag sized for Jazzmaster guitars as well as a tremolo arm.

With a comfortable alder body and a smooth maple neck, this guitar is easy to play and produces a rich, warm sound that is perfect for a wide range of musical styles. The neck is a C shape with a 9.5 radius rosewood fretboard with medium jumbo frets. The weight of the guitar is a little over 8 lbs. 

The Classic Player Jazzmaster Special comes equipped with a pair of Special Design Hot Single-Coil Jazzmaster single-coil pickups, which provide a bright and punchy tone that is perfect for both clean and overdriven sounds. The guitar also features an adjusto-matic bridge and floating tremolo as well as adjustable saddles, which allows you to fine-tune intonation and create unique vibrato effects. The bridge on this model is a replacement from the original tune-o-matic --> current roller bridge. This helps maintain intonation while providing better tuning stability when using the tremolo system.

This guitar has a small blemish near the strap peg that has been drop filled and also has a few surface scratches and minor dings (pictured). There is also a small finish crack at the heel pocket, which is very common and has no effect on playability and is purely cosmetic. It is currently setup with 10's -- it intonates and plays well. It has a conditioned fretboard, and has smooth frets and fret ends

The pickguard has signs of use which is pictured. Besides that guitar plays and sounds fantastic.
