This absolute beast of a synth goes that little bit further than the original, while also being more stable and portable. ;)

This thing can produce beautiful, sweet melodies or some of the clangiest clangs imaginable. This is one of only 100 ever made and features custom side panels, making it truly one of a kind.

There are a few marks on the bottom, and the smooth random LFO has never worked as it should. I've reflected that in the price.

It's such a shame I have to let it go, but I'm sure it'll be loved once again by someone who appreciates its rich oscillators and ripping filter...The Polivoks Pro is a limited-edition (100 units) desktop analog synthesizer reissue developed by Alexey Taber and Alex Pleninger with supervision from original creator Vladimir Kuzmin.  It retains the original Soviet architecture but improves stability and integrates modern connectivity. 

Key specifications include:

• Voice Architecture: 2-voice polyphony. 
• Oscillators: Two VCOs per voice, offering triangle, sawtooth, square, and two pulse waveforms (32’ to 2’ range). Includes cross-modulation and pulse-width modulation (PWM) for Osc2. 
• Filter: Dual-mode 12dB/oct resonant filter switchable between low-pass and band-pass modes, using original Soviet components for its aggressive, unique character. 
• Envelopes: Two ADSR contour generators with AD looping modes for filter and VCA.
• LFO: Dedicated LFO with triangle, square, random, and noise waveshapes, with extended audio-rate range. 
• Modulation: Includes a ring modulator (digital XOR type), internal feedback loop, and CV/Gate inputs for oscillators, filter, VCA, and triggers. 
• Connectivity: MIDI In/Out, standard 1/4" jack inputs/outputs, and CV/Gate I/O. 
• Physical: Compact desktop format (approx. 17 x 7 x 3 inches, 3kg) with Cyrillic inscriptions and a translation key on the bottom.
