The Neocaster is a semi-headless guitar that i (Al Cobb) personally designed as a new addition to my luthier work. My goal was to achieve a friendly, cool and fun guitar to suit the style of any electric guitarist, by combining a series of elements from the past and present, in a reliable and versatile instrument. The classic approach of this guitar design includes 3 single coils with 5 well-known voicings, mounted to a pickguard. While modernity is present in its light weight, comfortable playing, balance and reliability. All those elements are tied together by its particular semi-headless neck, which gives the last touch of functionality, character and distinctive presence to the Neocaster. This particular unit is the Reverb Exclusive version, which features all the aforementioned design aspects, with a vintage inspired color combo.

BOLT-ON
Spanish Cedar made neck and African Padauk fretboard.
SOLID BODY
Classic Ergonomic Double Cut Flat Top body with rounded edges, made from Prickly Ash.
SINGLE SCALE
22 frets
HARDTAIL BRIDGE & TOPLOCK
Aluminum-made hardtail single-string bridge adjustable in height (per-string) and intonation. Locking headpiece. Both finished in Cosmo Black.
ELECTRONICS
Passive overwound single coils x 3, with on-board volume, 2 tone controls and 5 position blade switch for pickup selection.
COLOR AND FINISH
Butterscotch Blonde + flat texturized polyurethane finish. Waxed neck.
OTHER FEATURES
Double-action truss rod, nickel-silver frets.

This guitar ships fully functional, setup for E std. with .09-.42. strings. It's set up with a very low action, mostly because i like it and recommend it. You can increase the height to your taste. The guitar ships in a repurposed properly padded box.
