Important Modification Disclosure
A previous owner added an extra potentiometer to the bass, which he referred to as a “Producer’s Knob.”
This additional knob is not connected to any part of the electronics and performs no function whatsoever. The original Hofner electronics and wiring remain intact and operate exactly as intended from the factory. The extra potentiometer is simply present on the instrument and does not affect performance, tone, or operation in any way.
