Overview

The Takamine P1DC acoustic-electric guitar provides sweet playability and that classic, deep dreadnought sound for the performing musician. Crafted from an X-braced solid cedar top and sapele back and sides, this dreadnought has an amazing warm tone with superior projection that shoots it to the front of the mix. The Venetian cutaway in the body allows easy access to higher frets, and the neck is slim and fast as can be and is a joy to play. The Takamine CT4B II preamp system standard to all Pro Series guitars takes the pure, natural sound of this guitar and pipes it into your amp or the club's PA system when it's time to hit the stage, also offering a 3-band EQ, volume control and a built-in tuner.
