2017 Fender Classic Player Jaguar Special Candy Apple Red + Deluxe Gig Bag
Excellent, pre owned condition. All electronics work as intended. Neck is straight, frets are clean with plenty of life left and truss rod is functional.
Guitar was just cleaned and a new set of D’addario 10 gauge strings was just installed.
Guitar weighs 8 lbs 3 oz on my scale.
Comes with original, Fender Dekuxe gig bag which is also in excellent condition.
This sought after model has been out of production for some time now. if you’ve been looking for one of these here’s your chance to grab a “near perfect“ example.
There is a small discoloration blemish on the bridge pickup cover and some scratches on headstock (see closeup pics).
Guitar plays great as is but any personal cleaning, setups, maintenance or repairs will be the new owners responsibility.

The Classic Player Jaguar Special takes everything that made the Jaguar such a revolutionary instrument in the 1960s and adds some modern player-requested touches. The alder body is loaded with new pickups that provide fatter tone and hotter output. Another interesting enhanced feature is the neck pocket is cut differently for better pitch. The trem plate has been moved to increase the break angle and improve sustain. The Classic Player Jaguar Special also sports an Adjusto-Matic bridge for great intonation. The Classic Player Jaguar Special merges the past and the present!
