The Fender Road Worn series has built up quite a following over the years, and it's easy to see why. These guitars offer all the feel, vibe and character of a well-loved vintage instrument without the eye-watering vintage price tag.
This 2008 Road Worn '50s Stratocaster is finished in Black with the factory relic treatment, paired with a beautifully worn maple neck and fingerboard that feels instantly comfortable in the hand. The Soft V profile, lightweight alder body and vintage-style hardware make for a genuinely addictive playing experience.
A notable upgrade is the Bare Knuckle Mother's Milk neck pickup, which sounds absolutely superb. It delivers everything you'd hope for from a great Strat neck pickup – warm, articulate cleans, plenty of sparkle and that unmistakable bell-like chime. It complements the original Tex-Mex pickups nicely and gives the guitar an even more inspiring voice.
These early Road Worn models have become increasingly sought after, and for good reason. They're lightweight, resonant, great players and represent exceptional value for anyone looking for a Strat with genuine character.

Condition
Good overall condition. As you'd expect with a Road Worn model, much of the visible wear is factory applied, though there are additional signs of genuine use throughout. The guitar remains structurally sound, plays beautifully and has plenty of fret life remaining. The neck feels fantastic, the hardware functions as it should and the upgraded Bare Knuckle pickup is a welcome addition.
