up for sale is a mid 40s Rickenbacher Silver Hawaiian lap steel. As you can see in the pictures, the finish on the top is wrinkled in several places. The sides and back are much nicer looking than the top. Having said that it’s a very cool guitar and the pickup sounds great. The sustain is great until you pass the 12th fret, Then the sustain dies. However when you crank up the volume through a tube amp it really does sound like Dick McIntire and his Harmony Hawaiians! The original case is beat up but functions
