Rare maple neck version of a National Duolian! Solid example that plays good but has corrosion on the brass (!) frets. Cone and biscuit are original or at least period correct. Maple neck is a round profile and smooth as an old bannister. There is a crack at the heel but I was told by a luthier that it was stable when he made the bone nut. These are thinner sheet metal than the modern remakes. More than just a gorgeous wall hanger , it still makes music. Perfect for restoring!
Comes in a case I bought new just for this guitar.
