Being able to play the bell is a feature 99.99% of china cymbals lack, with a forward facing you can get three different tone out of one cymbal (outer portion, rim, and the bell!). Best bell on an effects china/ride type cymbal that i have ever heard!!
The inner part of the cymbal has been hand hammered including the bell to control the overtones and decay, and 60 holes have been added to the center for extra trashiness. This cymbal was inverted then the outer portion was hammered and shaped in the opposite direction for the classic china look. Workmanship is top notch quality and will last years!
